most of the top 100 US retailers, Corbin has developed an
expertise in strategic conception, design visualization and
presentation delivery that is an extremely valued client
asset, having been leveraged by Coke, Sears, the Home
Depot, Walmart and many others. Corbin's strength lies in
forming a complete and comprehensive viewpoint of each
and every challenge, artistically engineering solutions that
never loose sight of the design as a means to an end.
From establishing brand positioning to creating spacial
experiences, Corbin's craft includes planning, architectural
design, environmental graphics, interior design, fixture
design and visual merchandising.
Having recently dedicated his full attention to Corbin
Design Group, his Midtown Atlanta design studio since
2007, Corbin focuses on coordinating the business
development strategy, account pursuits and the creative
direction of all project starting points. Selecting a
combination of full-time and freelance design talent,
Corbin ensures the best match is made to fit the unique
project demands.
In his prior role as Vice President of Creative Services at
Miller Zell, a turn-key, multi-vertical retail implementation
firm, Corbin led many studio design teams in the creation
of award winning national experience driven programs.
Team disciplines included marketing, research and project
strategy, concept development, drawing documentation,
procurement and project management. His leadership
abilities ensured all communications channels were
openly managed, time lines met and budgets managed.
Corbin's projects have included automotive and
transportation dealer programs, department store and
fashion design both domestic and abroad, hospitality and
food related projects, banking and healthcare. In addition
to commercial projects, Corbin enjoys architectural
illustration of all types, from large master planning to
residential drawing and painting.
